Enhanced Learning Credits (ELCAS)

Horizon is proud to be an approved Training Provider under the Ministry of Defence’s Enhanced Learning Credits Administration Service (ELCAS).  Our Enhanced Learning Credits (ELC) provider number is 5805.

The Ministry of Defence created the ELC scheme to promote learning amongst military staff still serving and those who no longer serve, depending on circumstances. The scheme provides financial support for training courses, which are delivered through approved providers such as Horizon.
